I love going to Golden State. The coffee is delicious. I usually order a vanilla latte but they have lots of creative choices! The breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and when they have their fruit toasts, you should definitely try them! The service is good, and it's a perfect place to study or work. They have outside and inside seating.

I love the space here and i ordered one of their seasonal drinks which was so toasty like a campfire of s'mores. I can't wait to come back to try even more items. I hear it's busy in the morning. I had arrived around closing time so it was super chill inside.

Beautiful spacious coffee shop with really cold air conditioning and many seats for studying students. Parking is a little hard here, but it's such a good study environment. The whole cafe was clean and I love the dedication it has to the golden state like the brick and set up like a bay area cafe. All of the staff look so cool and so hip. They were kind and soft-spoken and were open to converse about the menu. My sister and brother in law got two hot lattes they said were very good along with 2 breakfast sandwiches which were pretty expensive, but nothing special they said. Their matcha was a good flavor and color. Will for sure be back if I'm in the area !

We ate at El Farolito and wanted a little post- lunch caffeine fix and found GSCR. I'm a total coffee snob and very picky about coffee and this place was impressive! The space is massive and looks like a nice place for to hang out if you're want a nice place to have coffee and read. They had food too and it was very reasonably priced. I had a pour over of their freshly roasted Costa Rican coffee ($21 bag) and my wife had a campfire latte. They stop selling drip coffee at noon-ish, but it's between $3-4 and competitively priced. The baristas were top notch and they were meticulous about making the best drinks possible. Everything was measured and technique was on par. Both drinks were fantastic and my wife and I were so happy to visit. If we lived nearby, this would instantly become my local coffee shop and roaster for whole beans to grind and brew at home. Thanks!!!

Amazing coffee shop shrouded in wood and brick. This place is very spacious and cozy with enough seating for a big group if need be. The food was delicious with the chorizo sandwich acting as a nice, heavy meal and the almond croissant sweetening it all out. Latte came with no sugar (which is good but ofc my girlfriend had to add lots) and the cortado was good. 5/5 would pass my exam if I kept studying here.
